Miyake is committed to being one of the industry leaders in the EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance) business. We are a manufacturer of EAS tags located in Hiroshima, Japan. Our DIE-CUT tag uses a clean manufacturing process that is different from conventional ETCHED tags that use a chemical manufacturing process. Miyake has been innovative and creative, and is the inventor and owner of the Patent of DIE-CUT tags. Nobody can produce the DIE-CUT tags without a Patent License granted by Miyake.

Miyake is a company that serves its customers. We focus on meeting every detail of our customer’s requirements. Our sense for innovation and creativity enables us to develop new products and change specifications in accordance with customer’s needs. Based on our abundant experience together with technical support, Miyake can provide customers with systematic total solutions. Our DIE-CUT tags are bridging continents including Asia (Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong), North and South America (The US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Argentina) Europe, (the U.K., Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Russia, Bulgaria) and Oceania (Australia, New Zealand). We opened a European distribution center in the Netherlands for better accessibility. Our goal is to set up distribution center and manufacturing facilities each continent in the near future.

While focusing on our customer’s needs, we are also attending to the needs of the environment. As awareness to environmental issues such as global warming grows, the responsibility of companies to procure from green sources is also gaining popularity. Our patented DIE-CUT tag manufacturing process uses absolutely no chemicals, and we recycle 100% of the aluminum used. This has allowed Miyake to obtain ISO14000 certification and recognition from Sony as a Green Partner. The Green Partner is Sony’s supplier selection program based on companies that engage in environmentally sound practices.

All of our tags are quality inspected with our custom developed high-speed inspection machine, and only those tags that have passed our stringent standards are shrink-wrapped and delivered to our customers. All of the rolls of tags are tracked with LOT ID numbers to insure quality control. In addition, we continue our research and development activities to meet the needs for customization and higher quality products for our customers.
